Approach
Our team at Sonoma Infotech Pvt. Ltd. gathered the clients’ requirements after a detailed discussion with the client and proposed an idea for creating a custom chat system for one-to-one and group chat.
Solution
We opted to develop a custom web application solution on a unified platform that incorporates all required features and functionalities, including a chat system, auto quote generation, daily tasks, growth, workflow & costing reports.
From a technology perspective, we recommended using PHP 8.0 and Laravel, leveraging for scalability. The solution includes the implementation of Quote, Quote CTS, and Chat module with designs and functionalities tailored to specific requirements.
To enhance performance, we optimized the script compared to the previous codebase with quote generation logic.
Improved the design of all landing pages compared to the previous version.
Our design approach prioritized user-friendly interfaces for an improved user experience.
Worked on SEO optimization and implemented both on-page and off-page local SEO strategies.
