SKP Petrol Pump is a smart fuel station management system offering streamlined daily operations, accurate stock and sales tracking, and an easy-to-use digital reporting platform. The project aimed to design a reliable and user-friendly system that allows station owners and staff to record, manage, and reconcile every transaction effortlessly.
Overview
SKP Petrol Pump wanted to modernize its day-to-day operations by replacing manual registers and scattered spreadsheets with a centralized, web-based management system. The goal was to provide owners and operators with a smooth, transparent way to handle daily sales, fuel stock, customer credit, and collections — while generating accurate reports that support faster, smarter business decisions.
Challenge
Before the system, SKP Petrol Pump relied on manual record-keeping that was time-consuming and error-prone. Staff faced challenges with end-of-day reconciliation, tracking credit customers, and maintaining accurate stock levels. There was no reliable way to view real-time sales, monitor outstanding balances, or generate consolidated daily and historical reports — making it difficult to identify revenue leakage and control operations.
Approach
Our team conducted an in-depth analysis of the station’s daily workflow, transaction flow, and reporting needs. We focused on:

- Building structured modules for daily sales entry, stock and tank tracking, and shift handovers.
- Implementing customer ledgers with debit/credit entries and collection management.
- Creating automated daily and historical dashboards for accurate, real-time reporting.
