Diesel Sports Complex is a custom sports academy with a variety of sports and training platforms.
Overview
Diesel Sports Complex is a multi-sport complex located at 9043 Marshall Rd, Cranberry Twp, Pennsylvania, United States. Through a variety of sports and training platforms, it provides an environment that positively impacts, grows, and develops athletes, their families, and ultimately their community.
They pride themselves on having a clean, modern, and technologically advanced facility where athletes are provided with professional training and equipment to help them reach their potential on and off the field.
Challenge
The Diesel Sports Complex managed its operations through various subscribed platforms, such as the EZ Facility and Statstak portals. These platforms were used to manage trainer schedules, facility bookings, and package sales. However, managing the entire system across multiple platforms proved to be highly complex.

Approach
Our team at Sonoma Infotech Pvt. Ltd. gathered the clients’ requirements after a detailed discussion with the client and proposed an idea for a centralized custom solution that fulfills all the client’s business needs.
Solution
We opted to develop a custom web application solution on a unified platform that incorporates all required features and functionalities, including a payment gateway.
From a technology perspective, we recommended using PHP 8.0 and Laravel 10.x, leveraging automatic API development for scalability. The solution includes the implementation of client, team, schedule, package sales, and email campaign services, with designs and functionalities tailored to specific requirements.
A custom IPOS payment gateway was integrated into the team enrollment system, and custom team reports with invoicing features were developed.
We also implemented advanced email campaign functionality and a custom schedule management system for facilities, trainers, and locations, organized by day, week, and month.
To enhance performance, we optimized the script compared to the previous codebase and created APIs for the mobile app.
The web and mobile applications were synchronized to ensure they share the same data and database seamlessly.
Our design approach prioritized user-friendly interfaces for an improved user experience.
